Sensory Analysis Panel was held in the Training Kitchen of our University.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner, University General Secretary Yılmaz Aşıt, Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department and Cookery Programme Dr. Esra Mankan and Nesrin Ellezer participated in the sensory analysis panel held in the training kitchen of our university. Our professors, who tasted the noodles prepared in different formulations, then made suggestions and comments on the development of the product.
