Mission and Vision
Mission: To train individuals who are creative, open to self-improvement, able to keep up with the changing and developing world, responsible and entrepreneurial individuals who will work in food and beverage businesses serving in local, national and international areas.
Vision: To train well-equipped cooks who will contribute to the development of the food and beverage sector and the economic development of the region, to ensure that Alanya, one of the most important tourism destinations of the Mediterranean Region, is recognised at national and international level and to be a vocational school that will meet the needs of the sector.
