Alanya University Cookery Programme develops collaborations with sector representatives in order to train highly skilled graduates who will respond to the needs of the sector and compete successfully with their competitors.

The areas where our students who graduate from the programme can work;
- Kitchens of national and international hotels,
- Kitchen or operating units of restaurants,
- Product development departments of food companies,
- Institutions serving in the food and beverage sector,
- In the kitchen departments of government organisations,
- In factories where food and beverage production takes place,
- Visual and written press and media organisations.
