Training Kitchens

Our university has a total of 2 industry standard training kitchens that are regularly used for prestigious chef competitions and demonstrations. Our professional kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and modern equipment. It is the perfect space for training courses, cooking demonstrations and filmed content.

There is a hand washing and disinfectant area at the kitchen entrances. Lockers are available for our students to put their personal belongings. There are 15 hobs with 14 hobs +1 chef hob. 2 Electrolux ovens can cook meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, etc. all at the same time without mixing their odours and have the ability to wash themselves. We have 1 vertical 0C / +6C, 4 -2C / +10C horizontal refrigerators and 1 vertical -15C / -22C refrigerator. All our products are Electrolux brand. Our kitchen has a double-sided countertop throughout and there are dishwashing sinks and a dishwasher.
In our pastry kitchen, there is a hand washing and disinfectant area. In the centre of our kitchen, there is a marble dough rolling counter covering a large area. There is 1 electric Electrolux cooker, 1 Electrolux oven with self-washing feature, which cooks a different product on each shelf and whose smell does not mix with each other, 0C / +6C vertical refrigerator, -15C / -22C 3 Electrolux refrigerators, 4 Electrolux BE5 countertop mixers, 2 Electrolux XBE20 large dough mixers, large size tray trolley, three-sided counters throughout, dishwashing areas and dishwashers.
