II. International Mineral Water Congress held in Istanbul between 17-18 November 2022 was held with the participation of Dr. Esra MANKAN, Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Cookery Programme.
The congress was attended by national and international stakeholders, researchers and academicians from all relevant fields, especially medicine, nutrition, business and food engineering, who are working on mineral water.
