Garden Trip with Hilmi SEVILGEN, President of Alanya Avocado Producers Association
Today, we organised a technical field trip to Papaya and Dragon Fruit gardens to see Alanya's tropical fruits on the branch. During the trip, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts and Cookery Programme Dr. Esra MANKAN and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Cookery Programme lecturers had the opportunity to observe Alanya's tropical fruits in the environments where they grow.
