Modern Turkish Cuisine Competition at HEP Kitchen
In the 18th International Istanbul Culinary Days competition, our Gastronomy and Cookery students exhibited their skills with the concept of Turkish Cuisine in the 'HEP Kitchen' competition held to determine the group that will represent our university. Our Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Cookery Programme Department, Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan, Head of Alkü Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Associate Professor Dr. Özgür Gölge and Gastronomy department lecturer Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Emirhan Yenişehirlioğlu evaluated the plates prepared by our students. Irem Karatabak, Azmi Efe Kale and Serhat İşlek, 4th year Gastronomy students, won the competition. We congratulate our students and wish them success in the competition in Istanbul.
